Our 60 minute initial consultation includes a comprehensive health history review, symptom assessment, medication and supplement review, a targeted physical exam, and a personalized care plan. We’ll discuss recommended baseline tests and next steps. Please bring any recent lab results and a list of current medications.
What testing and follow‑up will I receive?
We begin with a thorough intake and baseline assessment so testing is targeted to your needs. Typical tests used during the 6‑month program include comprehensive blood work (CBC, metabolic panel, thyroid and adrenal markers, inflammation and nutrient levels), targeted hormone or metabolic panels when indicated, and at‑home kits as needed (stool/gut microbiome panels, food‑sensitivity or elimination guidance, urine/saliva hormone tests). Your clinician selects tests based on your history and symptoms.
You’ll have an initial visit to review results and receive a personalized treatment plan, plus at least 2 structured follow-ups during the 6 month (a mid‑program check‑in and a final review). Between visits we provide written recommendations, supplement and nutrition guidance, and short progress adjustments. At program end you’ll get a clear summary of findings, outcome measurements, and recommended next steps or ongoing care options.
